Evooluir LLC ("Evooluir," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the Evooluir mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

a. Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Password (stored in encrypted form)

  • Profile information (e.g., photo, display name)

  • Date of birth (to verify age eligibility)

b. User-Generated Content

We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Gratitude journal entries and reflections

  • Mood tracking data

  • Goals and intentions

  • Wellness-related inputs and notes

  • Custom workout and recipe content you create

c. Health & Wellness Data

If you choose to use Evooluir's tracking features, we may collect the following self-reported data:

  • Weight and body metrics

  • Nutrition and meal logs

  • Supplement and vitamin intake

  • GLP-1 and other medication tracking entries

  • Workout and activity logs

  • Beauty and skincare routine entries

  • Habit tracking data

  • Cycle and wellness pattern data

This data is voluntarily provided by you. It is stored securely and used solely to power your in-app experience. It is never sold. It is not used for advertising targeting.

d. AEOS AI Interaction Data

When you interact with AEOS AI, our in-app AI companion, we may collect:

  • The prompts, questions, and messages you send to AEOS

  • AEOS-generated responses and recommendations

  • Content preferences inferred from your AEOS interactions

  • Interaction history used to personalize future AEOS responses

AEOS AI interactions are used solely to provide and improve the personalized experience within the app. Interaction data is not used to train external AI models or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

e. Payment Information

Payments are processed through third-party providers including Stripe, the Apple App Store, and the Google Play Store. Evooluir does not store full payment card details. We may retain transaction records (subscription tier, purchase date, amount) for billing and customer support purposes.

f. Device & Usage Data

We may automatically collect:

  • Device type, model, and operating system

  • App version

  • IP address and approximate location (country/region level)

  • App usage behavior and feature interactions

  • Crash reports and diagnostic data

  • Log data (access times, pages visited within the app)

g. Third-Party Integrations

You may choose to connect Evooluir to third-party health and wellness platforms, including Apple Health (HealthKit) and Google Fit / Health Connect. By enabling such integrations, you authorize Evooluir to read only the specific data categories you explicitly grant access to through your device's operating system settings.

Apple Health data accessed through HealthKit will not be used for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Services to you, in accordance with Apple's HealthKit guidelines. You may revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Evooluir is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or data practices of any third-party platform.

h. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website and app may use cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to recognize you, remember your preferences, and analyze usage patterns. You may control cookie preferences through your browser or device settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account

  • Provide, personalize, and improve the Services

  • Power AEOS AI recommendations and personalized content

  • Process payments and manage subscriptions

  • Send transactional communications (receipts, account alerts)

  • Send marketing communications (with your consent, where required)

  • Analyze usage trends to improve features and content

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents

  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your health or wellness data with advertisers.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers: companies that assist us in operating the app (cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing, email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes.

  • Legal authorities: if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Evooluir, our users, or the public.

  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your data is subject to a different privacy policy.

  • With your consent: we may share information in other ways when you have given explicit permission.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and as required by law. Specific retention periods:

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion (to allow reactivation), then permanently deleted.

  • Health & wellness tracking data: retained while your account is active; deleted upon account deletion.

  • Journal entries and user-generated content: retained until you delete them or your account is deleted.

  • Payment records: retained for 7 years as required for financial compliance.

  • AI interaction data: retained for up to 12 months to support personalization, then anonymized or deleted.

  • Usage and diagnostic logs: retained for up to 12 months.

You may request early deletion of your data at any time. See Section 6 for how to exercise this right.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Correction: request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Deletion: request that we delete your personal data (subject to legal retention obligations).

  • Restriction: request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.

  • Portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests.

  • Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

7. International Users & Regional Privacy Rights

European Union / European Economic Area (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU or EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to our processing of your data. Our lawful bases for processing include:

  • Contract performance: to provide the Services you signed up for.

  • Legitimate interests: to improve the app, detect fraud, and ensure security.

  • Legal obligation: to comply with applicable laws.

  • Consent: for marketing communications and optional tracking (you may withdraw consent at any time).

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Spain, this is the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos (AEPD) at aepd.es.

United States — California (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to:

  • Delete personal information we have collected (with certain exceptions).

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Evooluir does not sell personal information.

  • Non-discrimination for exercising CCPA rights.

  • Correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information.

Health and wellness data, including GLP-1 tracking and body metrics, is considered sensitive personal information under CPRA. We use this data solely to provide the Services.

Brazil (LGPD — Lei Geral de Protecao de Dados)

If you are located in Brazil, your data is processed in accordance with the Lei Geral de Protecao de Dados (LGPD). You have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data. Our legal bases for processing include consent, contract performance, and legitimate interest.

Canada (PIPEDA)

Mexico (LFPDPPP)

If you are located in Mexico, we process your data in accordance with the Ley Federal de Proteccion de Datos Personales en Posesion de los Particulares (LFPDPPP). An Aviso de Privacidad (Privacy Notice) is available within the app in Spanish.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256 or equivalent)

  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only

  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing

  • Incident response procedures for detecting and responding to data breaches

  • Vendor security requirements for third-party service providers

However, no system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

Evooluir is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. 10. Health Disclaimer

Evooluir is a personal wellness and self-development platform. It is not a medical service. Any health-related data you log is self-reported, is not verified by Evooluir, and should not be used to make medical decisions. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider regarding your health, medications, or treatment.

11. Third-Party Content

Evooluir may include content created by third-party contributors, including coaches, wellness experts, and practitioners. Such content reflects the views of the individual creator, is provided for informational purposes only, and does not constitute professional, medical, psychological, or financial advice. Evooluir does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notification or email at least 14 days before changes take effect for significant updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
